The artist reserve the right to decline a commission request that may depict discriminatory content, is gratuitously offensive, or is beyond what the artist is capable of.

The artist retain the rights to their artworks, therefore, they reserve the right to use the commission as their sample work and/or post the progress and final piece in their social media accounts unless the client requests it to be a private commission.

Clients who have availed a commission without commercial usage are not allowed to reupload the artworks with the intent to resell or profit off of it.

Any commercial usage have to be discussed further until final agreement.

Progress photos that the artist will post or send to the client will not be used for any other purpose. They are not allowed to be edited, altered, changed, traced, or colored over unless permitted by the artist.

The artist strictly DO NOT ALLOW the usage of their artworks to generate images using AI generators and other diffusion apps.

There will only be up to 3 free revisions during the commission process (not including the sketching phase). A fee of 5-10$ will be charged for any revision beyond the limit.

Revisions for the final piece shall only be free if the mistake falls under the responsibility of the artist. (Both parties shall refer to the commission form to review the error)

Payments will only be via Paypal (invoice), Gcash QR code/number and Ko-Fi.

Full payment must be completed once the artist completed the lineart and sent the progress.

Strictly no refund if the artist is far ahead in the commission process or after it is completed.

Full refund will only be issued if the artist is unable to continue with the commission due to personal reasons. (Paypal user clients will only be able to receive the full net amount of the commission fee due to the deduction of Paypal's transaction fee)

Client must add $8 (₱400) for any Rush/Priority fee.

Add ons will depend on the details and complexity; background costs 50%, characters costs 75%, elements costs 30%.

The client must message the artist first either through DMs in the artist's social media accounts or through their email address.

A form will be sent to the client where it covers all the details of their commissioned request.

Once the client has informed the artist that they have finished filling the form out and reading the ToS, payment information will be elaborated in DMs/email. (They will either receive a GCash QR code/number or a Paypal invoice)

Payment first policy. At least a down payment upfront is needed to guarantee a slot. Payment info will be discussed further once the client received the commission form from the artist.

The artist turn-around time is at least 1 week to 1 month minimum (Depending on the style and complexity). Please only commission the artist if you are willing to wait.

Delivery of the files is via email/google drive, which will contain PNG files of various versions; 1) A version with the watermark, 2) a version without a watermark, 3) and a version with a transparent background.
